Photos for Plan

When I took the photo with the people I had just fineshed working on negative space. I was trying to capture and interesting composition. Then I overlayed the photo with the tower and the streak in the sky. I like the dreamy colors.

The first photo is of the setting sun reflecting off of a glass building downtown. The second is a negative space photo of a telephone pole and trees. I pushed myself to work with colors and I like the result of pale and creamy colors.

I thought it would be interesting to combine both a portrait and a background. I like the complexity of the photo. The portrait is also black and white, while the booksshelf and light was taken in color.

I overlayed two photos with similar color composicions. I think that you can really see the care in this photo. The sun shines through creating a warmth, but the second photo literally smashes the sun between the pointer finger and the thumb. These two pictures fit together perfectly.

The photo of the cat was initially blurry. When I combined the two photos creating a double exposure, the sun shone on the cat and created interesting patterns. If I were to edit this photo some more I would want to make the bars and sunlight even and straight.

In both of the photos I increased the darkness and contrast. It made the double exposure turn out better.

I think that this photo is my worse. I think that both of the photos were too simple to be paired together. If I were to do it again I would use the photo of the light and something else. I would also like to try adding another photo to this one (cobine three photos instead of two).

The figures in this photo go together really well. The opacity of the second photo that I pasted onto the first is perfect. I think that there is a perfect amount of transparency.

If I were to further edit this photo I would like to increase the contrast especially of the cat. I like the blur of the lights and the hazyness, but I think that everything is too gray, with little highlighting.

I think that this is the most deceptive photo. At first it looks like the hand completely coveres the face, but if you look hard and at the right angle you can see all of the facial features. This photo was unexpected and an unusual pairing, but it turned out nicely.
